Can you open the 2nd row Stow n Go while someone is still driving? If the driver has long legs, I'm wondering if it will make them entirely inaccessible unless I stop and move the seat forward.

There's a lock-rod that needs to be pulled then the cover can be opened with the 1st row seats still in the rearward position.
