What tires did everyone go with on their 22's?
Are you happy with them?
I got Lexani LX-20 265/40/22 at less than $100 a corner, great tires for the price !........Maybe getting some lowering springs soon but want 1.50" drop.

I do very low miles in my van, so really difficult to tell.

Ok, the bolt pattern is different, so they would not fit directly. You could use adapters but that would add another 1" or so to the poke, so the wheels would be out past the fenders a fair bit.

Look for "snowflake wheels" which is what that pattern is called. A bunch of manufacturers make them!

Finally ready to share....

2020 Pacifica Touring L+, Jazz blue
BraunAbility wheelchair conversion, foldout ramp

Stock wheelchair van…

44334

The vision...

44335

The execution...

  • Ceramic Window tint 20%
    • (so far front windows only, matches rest of the vehicle, might do the rest)
  • Painted brake calipers red
  • Smoked out/tinted orange side reflector
  • interior LED light strips (might do exterior, er ... might be too old to do exterior...)
  • Asante ABL 23, Gloss black with chrome lip - 22 inch rims (265/35/22 Continental extreme performance)
    • I wasn't sure if I could go with the 265/40/22 because of the wheelchair modifications which raise the suspension. Turns out I still have plenty of space could probably even fit 24"s
    • Graphene ceramic coating on rims
    • 44340
  • Turtle wax ice seal n shine

Other stuff the forum helped me with:
  • Where to put the EZpass
  • Always on USB outlet

The result...

44336

44337

44338

44339

Still to do?
  • Clean and shine the tires!
  • Darken wheel wells, matte black fabric spray?
  • Custom fender flares/fender skirts?

Fun fact...I put the wheels on before the springs. I was a bit worried that they were poking out a bit...but with the RSRs on they are basically perfectly flush with the top of the fender.

Love the RSR springs...drop the car down enough, close up the wheel gap, in and my opinion make it feels more like a car on the road.

i did it myself...but I've done it a few times before on a few different vehicles. The hardest part on the pacifica was accessing the front strut towers...they're tucked in underneath the windshield trim. Rears were pretty easy...remove the outer bolt from the spring perch and slide in the new ones.

Irishexpat How is the ride quality with the 22s and the 40 sidewall tires? This being our daily, comfort is still the main objective.
