Update: THIS DOES NOT MEET AUTO FLAMMABILITY STANDARDS AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING. PICS REMOVED. THANKS soontobe for the thought.

RECYCLED PLASTIC BOTTLE CARPET FROM HD.

This worked great on previous Odysseys we've owned. 6x8 size, cut and trim to fit extending to cover the plastic entry step plates fully door to door.

Available in grey and tan.

When Stow N Go is needed, roll out of the way toward the third row and then roll back down.

I don't plan to cover under the center seats. I'm cutting a big H to cover the 3rd row floor extending between the center seats and in front of the center seats door to door extending to the front console between the front seats as one piece. $18 Home Depot, I imagine Lowes is similar.

We use one of those large black area rubber garage like (or commercial door) mats from Home Depot and other locations. They are very thin and flexible. They have a black rubber backing and about an inch of rubber showing around the edge. Large middle area covered with something that looks like very thin carpet to keep things from sliding around. 4 foot wide piece works perfect. Do not get one too long or the 3rd row seat anchors get covered and then the 3rd row seats will not go into the proper up position.

Nice, only covering at floor level not up and under. I like the commercial mat idea too.

Any hazards with this vs automotive floor mats? E.g. are there different flammability requirements for automotive floor mats?
Good point, not a clue. Made from 100% plastic bottles they will give of VOCs if on fire. One certainly wouldn't want near explosive material in the van like some garments made in foreign countries.

I tested a small piece with a grille lighter and it burns like a nylon rope. NO WAY IT MEETS FLAME REQUIREMENTS.

This is why we join forums and post. Great point and excellent thought.

I will NOT use and recommend the same. Going to update my initial post Thanks
