Interested in purchasing a vehicle from them? You might want to give it a few more days.

I've had an ongoing problem for almost 4 months now, which has yet to be resolved. Even the salesperson who was once an innocent bystander has now gone dark on providing simple contact info or basic information. I've previously posted that the issue should have been VERY easy to resolve, but apparently it is only easy to resolve if you care about customers and want to take care of them.

I have pulled ChryslerCares into the mix. The dealer fed them the same line of BS they gave me. After working in customer service for 25+ years, I don't understand why simple things have to be so difficult. This issue could be EASILY resolved in 15 minutes if someone cared. We'll see if CC can make things happen or not.

I'll give all parties involved a few more days to put the issue to rest..... In the meantime, if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from AN Katy, you might want to PM me first..... and proceed with caution.

Thanks for the heads up. I got mine from Autonation in Houston.
