Nissan LEAFs with their notoriously problematic batteries and large user base still don't have readily available aftermarket batteries. PacHy is boutique and its liquid cooled battery should be more reliable. Owners are not under heavy pressure to replace the aging batteries- unlike a BEV car, PacHy will run just fine with a 50% degraded battery and will still get 30+ MPG. If the van will be 12-15 y.o. not many people will be willing to spend $$$ on the new battery. I hope we will have an aftermarket support, but I'm not holding my breath.
