What is the purpose of the belt on the ceiling /back area of the van?
I just noticed it the other day. I'll post a picture if I can find one.

If you are talking about what I think you are...that should be the shoulder belt for the middle seat in the third row. It attaches to the seat near the right side of the middle spot and turn into the seatbelt.

Make sure you clip the belt in TWO places. The "Mini" latch and the "Normal" latch.
