Why is my "vehicle controls" screen blank? I also seem to NOT have access to Uconnect services (no SOS button etc). Installed the app and it says "no active subscription". Is that related? Still seems weird to have access to a screen that is BLANK...same behavior in ACC/RUN/P/D/OFF. This has occurred since day one on the new 2022 PHEV Touring L. When i asked the salesman/dealer they just wanted me to bring it in (hoping there is a simple answer).

When taking delivery did you activate the vehicle to your Mopar account? They hand you a table, you sign in with your account credentials, and it registers/activates the Uconnect system to your account.

If you already activated the vehicle, force Ucnonnect to do a factory reset.
Thanks, i did activate Mopar account (and My Chrysler) but did not encounter the Uconnect activation. I'll look up how to do factory reset - is the objective to hope it tries to enroll me in Uconnect?

That "Controls" page is for controlling things like UConnect Theatre if its installed. I have the same blank page on my MY2021. But I also don't have UConnect Theatre. I'm guessing you don't as well. If you also don't have the SOS button on the rear view mirror you probably don't have the Telematics box installed on the vehicle. If that's the case you won't have access to any UConnect online services or SiriusXM Guardian. Chrysler has been removing that functionality from a lot of vehicles probably due to the semiconductor shortage. Check your window sticker and see if you see anything deleted and a credit applied.
this is what I suspected, and if you’re seeing it too then that must be the case. My sticker did indeed show something removed as a credit, but I can’t recall exactly. Minor oddity, appreciate the comments.
