I have the exact same blank screen. Good to know it's just because I don't have the options that are normally displayed on the screen and not something wrong. You would suspect that they would remove this screen if none of the options on it are on that vehicle.
I asked the salesman why it was blank and he said because it was cold outside and was laggy...
