blown head gasket in my '17 Chrysler Pacifica

I have a blown head gasket in my '17 Chrysler Pacifica Touring. I had zero issues with the car. Can Chrysler do anything to assist in this? I bought the car brand new in 2017.

Steve, I fear there is little Chrysler can do if you do not have an extended warranty, but you can certainly take it to your dealer and try to get "Goodwill Assistance." Don't hold your breath, though. As you most likely know by now, there are a bunch of folks with the same issue that have not received any assistance whatsoever from Chrysler or Stellantis. There are even a couple of members of this forum who have expressed they want to get rid of their Pacificas before what they perceive as a certain head gasket failure.

Just curious, who performed the oil changes on your Pacifica? Do you know what oil was used? Did anyone top off the coolant and, if so, what coolant was used?
How many miles?
I just went through this with my van. Chrysler was willing to help get things expedited, but as soon as I mentioned anything regarding reimbursement I was ghosted. Thankfully I have an extended warranty.

Do you have the Mopar extended warranty? Any issues getting coverage?

No I have an extended warranty through Endurance. I didn't really have any issues having them cover it, but there was a lot of misc things they didn't cover that I'm, responsible for, but they still covered a majority of it. I pick up my van tomorrow actually.

I already have a case opened. I haven't heard anything back after I asked for reimbursement or at least a discussion of such.
