Hmm, I didn't realize the PacHy was that much heavier... There are some other tricks I've seen that you could also try, like adding foam inside the actual tires... I also found some interesting videos in youtube videos of people who have done/tried this for their Tesla cars. It might be worth investigating. Thread here: DIY solution to deadening tire noise

Probably worth taking the time to add the CCF (closed cell) over the butyl as well. Remember that in my Pac I added the closed cell foam first to the metal and then the butyl on top of the CCF. (since I did this on the outside, not the interior)
