I purchased an 8/80 extended Mopar warranty through Ziegler right after I purchased my 2021 Pacifica.

I just traded it in for a different brand after 26 months.

Ziegler has a cancellation form online, but I have no idea what I am eligible to get back.

I would appreciate any insight.

You are due back miles or time, whichever benefits the warranty company the most, regardless of the amount of any claims you've made. Even if you had a new $15,000 engine installed that $15,000 outlay by the warranty company has no bearing/deduction on your refund amount.
So,
A 10 year/100,000 mile warranty that you hit 90,000 miles during the first year will net you a 10% refund even though you've owned the car/warranty but for a year.
Conversely
A car owned 9 years with but 10,000 miles of the 100,000 mile limit gets you only a 1 year/10% refund not a 90,000/90% mile refund.

The monies are distributed first to any lien holder and then any remainder beyond the lien amount is refunded to the registered owner.

Enclose proof of payoff with your refund request.

(This should be a sticky);)

As mentioned, it's a straight prorated refund based on how much time or mileage has elapsed.

Ziegler makes it super easy to get a refund. Just submit the form. A check showed up 4 weeks later.

The refund process is probably one of the reasons I would recommend Ziegler over others. We refunded our 2018 lifetime warranty after it was totalled. I think we got 70% back.
