I am loosing faith in Chrysler’s Pacifica plug in! My car is a 2018 and it is already in the dealership and they have NO clue what to do. This is my second drop off for the same issue and they said this will be a long process because they have to talk with Chrysler’s STAR team for resolution. I always wanted a hybrid but this is the worst!!

It all started with the check charging system indicator, so I took it to the dealership and they said the error code was stored and not active. They performed the recall and a software update and sent me on my way. The very next day the indicator for the engine and the check charging system came on! I took it back and they had no clue what to do! How is that possible! The dealership is selling vehicles and does know how to service them. I am in a gas guzzler of a rental car and it is old and clunky. I am beyond frustrated and I am thinking about looking into the MD lemon law! I want out now

I can not help you with your problem but can welcome you to the forum. It is sad when the dealer has no idea on how to fix something they sold. Hope you get the problem fixed and nothing else happens. Keep us all informed.
