Just doing my research before buying. Do you think chromecast will work on the entertainment screens? Since there is a HDMI and a USB port to power the chromecast I would think it should work. Setup a wifi hotspot for chromecast to connect to on my phone and cast video to the screens?

Should work. I just purchased the vehicle last week and I'm going to setup a wifi, plex, chromecast type setup. We'll see how it goes.
