As I was checking with Chrysler Customer Service, I was told my van was in D1, although they explained the meaning of the code,
I thought it would be useful to have all the order status codes listed.
So here we go:

BA: New order that hasn't been checked
BB: Review by fleet department
BD: Special equipment processing
BE: Edit error
BG: Passed edit n/a for schedule
BGL: Edit ok parts unavailable
BX: Passed edit available for schedule
C: Sub firm - Tentative schedule
D: Firm schedule - dealer has allocation and all parts available
D1: Gateline schedule - scheduled to be built
E: Frame
F: Paint
G: Trim
I: Built not ok'd
J: Built ok'd
JB: Shipped to Upfit Center (for Stripe)
JE: Emission check
JS: Shipped to storage
KZ: Released by plant , invoiced
KZL: Released - not shipped
KZM: First rail departure
KZN: First rail arrival
KZO: Delayed/recieved
KZOA: Plant holds
KZOB: Zone/distribution holds
KZOC: Carrier delays
KZOD: Carrier holds
KZOE: Mis-shipped vehicle
KZOF: Show/test vehicle
KZOG: Damaged vehicle
KZOH: All other reasons
KZT: Second rail departure
KZU: Second rail arrival
KZX: Delivered to dealer

Mine is in D1 as well. The ship date the dealer was showing was Jan 19th. Hopefully it won't be long before it is fully built. Thanks for the build codes, very helpful!

Has anyone seen build sheets or getting past D1 for orders over the past month or so?

Plant may be behind and/or things got shuffled. Stuff happens.

Online order checking option was recently recinded; best way is to contact Chrysler customer care and give them your VON. Your Dealer can also check.

You have to contact Chrysler, but you can do it online through chat.

Yup. That's how I do mine. The robot/person looks up the vin if you ask it.
I say robot, because I swear that once when I called, it was looking up my vin and I told the person about a suggestion, but it totally ignored it until I asked it again and it gave me a generic off-the-wall answer, which wasn't even close to what I said. Lol. Either that, or the person was responding to another chat that they were helping at the same time.

BUT the person on the chat was always nice.

You have to contact Chrysler, but you can do it online through chat.

What does: JB: Shipped to Upfit Center (for Stripe)

As the title says, what does "JB: Shipped to Upfit Center (for Stripe) " mean?


I called chatted with Chrysler and they said my car was in JB status. When I asked, he/she said it was to add something I requested. But there's no add-ons except for the wireless charger for the van, and I didn't order that.


Also on my build sheet, it says D1 to D regress.

Hmm KZT: Second rail departure. I wonder what it would say if it needs to ship by boat from CA to HI? Or if that's what Chrysler considers "second rail"= Boat.

The dealership ordered a 2019 to replace a 2018 for me on 1/4, I was notified today that it is in D1 status.
