I have a 2019 Chrylser Pacifica Limited. I purchased it used in 2023 after my 2018 was totaled. I had activated the wifi in our 2018 multiple times with minor issues. I purchased the wifi for our 2019 in December of 2023 and didn't have any issues at all. I went to add it again in May of 2025 and this is the message I keep getting. After spending hours on the phone with both At&T and Uconnect I haven't gotten any solutions. At&T is clueless and Uconnect was also clueless with the exception of the last person I spoke with who informed me I have to have a uconnect subscription to be able to buy a at&t subscription (I've never had a uconnect subscription with all the times I had the at&t hotspot). Also spoke to my local dealership and they didn't seem to have a clue either. I thought the radio update to QR 40.1 would be my fix but did that yesterday and it still doesn't work. At one point I was told by At&t that my vehicle was listed under Sellantis, but no one seemed to know what that means.
Has anyone else gotten these messages and found a solution? We love the in van wifi and use it with our 4 kids when we go on long road trips several times a year. We are leaving in 2.5 weeks and would love to have a resolution to the problem.
