How was your experiences with ChryslerCares?
I sent a message to @ChryslerCares on Monday. No reply yet. Not even a "We got your message." Wondering if I need to step it up or sit tight.

If you think they’re slow to respond. Try Stevens Creek Chrysler in the Bay Area. All the sales people there tell me not to use their service department. 10 months later and still no root cause to my original problem. chryslercare couldn’t even get a response from them.

I have had good responses from both ChryslerCares, and Jeepcares.
It's the same folks, and I suspect a pretty small team. I'll bet they cover Dodge, and perhaps other FCA brands as well.
