If you have a 2017+ Pacifica that has required a motor replacement in under 100,000 miles please list the following in this thread. Regardless if it was covered under warranty.
1. Year model
2. Trim level
3. Milage

I’m preparing a list to provide to an attorney for a class action lawsuit. I currently have 53 confirmed cracks in engine blocks due to a possible casting error in the blocks itself with milage less than 70k miles.

I just received another recall notice about this thing setting on fire again. Do you suspect your attorney has heard about these? I’m seriously considering trying to take some legal action. I’m now again, unable to charge or drive or park this car near my house or other vehicles. This is getting crazy!

Totally agree, and they can not fix it because of parts shortage, and it is not clear when they will be able to fix it. You paid a lot for Hybrid part, which can not be used at all now.
Could we do anything with it?

Engine was replaced, its still at the dealer as its throwing check engine codes and start stop codes. They have had it 6 weeks since engine replacement and still not fixed.

I have a Pacifica limited 2018 that has 60,700 miles, so just out of warranty. It was blowing a cylinder 5 code, but turns out It has an engine compression problem of some sort. Called Chrysler and they didn't want to help in this.

At least you got over 100K miles. Most posters here only got somewhere near 65K.miles. It still should not have happened.

Addendum: I did get the gasket repaired for almost $4,000. I think the engine still isn't right though. It just loses "pickup" randomly. I wonder if any lawyers would pick this up as a class-action.

I am glad that I didn't trade in My 2017 Limited for a Hybrid.

2017 Touring Plus with 72,000. We had a misfire code on cylinder 3 that required a head gasket repair ($4200) in July 2022. We spent another $800 in rental cars. I've been keeping my receipts in case Chrysler ever admits some of these engines are lemons.

Hi, not sure if you are still working on this but we have 2017, Limited, with ~80,500 miles on it, and have dealt with this issue for 4 months. My continued thread can be found here:

currently in shop with PO305 Cylinder 5 Misfire code, warped head gasket

Chrysler says they won't offer any good will assistance as we are just out of warranty.
