I keep a microfiber cloth in the car, wipes the fingerprints right off

Yup, microfiber for the win. I also use Invisible Glass with it.

I'll probably use my Monster electronic screen solution w/ microfiber cloth

There's also screen protectors available. I bought a set that I still need to install. They should cut down on prints and protect from scratching.
