Hi all!
I purchased my 2018 Pacifica last October. We had our B battery replaced in the first month under warranty, was having weird electrical issues.
Just brought it in because the backlighting on the cluster is half out and the Tachometer hand would stay at zero and jump around. Van is at 25k miles.
Our dealership is saying Chrysler is not wanting to cover the cluster because of the warranty differences in countries. We purchased our van in the US knowing the van was from Canada, but made sure the warranty was transferable. We have already used the warranty with the B battery and had no issues.
Does anyone know where online I can find information on Canadian warranties? All the information I can find reference the cluster and it’s pretty clearly covered. I plan on contacting Chrysler myself in the morning but would like to have as much information as I can before I do.

If your the owner and do not live in the country where the vechile was purchased brand new from you have zero warranty . Gm , ford , Chrysler all specify this in the warranty agreement . So if your in the states and the van was originally put purchased from Canada 🇨🇦 you have no warranty . Now if your bought the vehicle in same country and were in Canada or states travelling you have a North American warranty .

Are you using the same dealer that originally accepted the warranty for the battery for this new issue? If not, have the dealer where you are now contact the other dealer to get clarification.
Maybe @ChryslerCares can comment on this.

Hello @Jennilynnreed,
@peterweb explained it best. Once the vehicle crosses the boarder in 98% of the times the warranty is voided. I can think of several different variables on how the first claim was approved, however I do not want to speculate.
At your convenience please follow up with us privately, I would like to take a deeper look into your current warranty.
