Colors: crystal? pearl?

I'm about ready to place an order for a Limited, but can't decide on color. Can anyone help with these questions:

1. Does the alloy interior get dirty immediately? Is it a mistake to get that color when we eat in the car a fair amount?

2. Do the colors with "crystal" in the name have sparkle in the paint?

3. Are the colors that include "pearl" in the name mean those colors are iridescent?

I'm particularly interested in the Granite Crystal, Molten Silver, and Billet Silver.
