Doesn't seem like they're saying Chrysler matches Toyota for quality per the thread title. Chrysler gets a big lift from high road test scores. Also, Buick is in the Top 10, and they're Detroit 3.

I think their and Lexus's design themes (super cylon) have been more than a tad too aggressive)/angular, etc.
