wiped out my lower grill , and active shutter . got the grill but THE SHUTTER IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND

Yeah, it's not even available on RockAuto right now. If it's not available there, it's not available anywhere unless a dealership happens to have one in stock. Aside from common maintenance items, most OEM parts like Mopar, Motorcraft, and AC Delco ship straight from the supplier. If RockAuto says it's unavailable, that means the supplier is out of stock.not available back order , no time frame
I bet a lot of people that need major repairs from accidents or other major parts failures (engine, transmission, hybrid batteries, etc.) are running into parts availability issues like this. The current state of the world (between C19 and chip shortages) has really thrown a wrench into the auto repair and manufacturing businesses.
I thought I'd share that you can use the newer active grille shutter assembly which is part number 68438679AC. I suspect that the older part number (68312564AC) has secretly been discontinued. This may explain why it's not available anywhere. The downside is that the newer part is more expensive and requires a wiring kit due to changes in the pin configuration and the connector itself. The two different connectors have opposing unused pin locations molded closed so you need the wiring kit. Here's link to STAR case S1908000161 REV A which explains the wiring change.not available back order , no time frame
NOTE: The part numbers referenced in the STAR case have changed since it was published. The current part number of the AGS shutter is 68438679AC and the current part number for the wiring kit it references is 68396618AB.
FWIW... Chrysler did something similar for the fuel rail pressure sensor on the 2017-2018 models. I think it's a very bad idea for Chrysler to force/require older models to be modified to accommodate the newer parts. It could be troublesome down the road for repairs. Techs won't know about the additional wiring changes that are necessary unless they're made aware of the TSBs/STAR cases that mention them. Having said that, the aftermarket will probably compensate for this accordingly.
