I just took delivery of my new Pacifica yesterday, and when I say delivery, I mean delivered to my door. I didn't have to set foot in the dealership throughout the whole process. Truely a new level of customer service. The dealership was Grogan's Towne in Toledo, Ohio. I cannot say enough good stuff about the experience. I live in Sterling Heights, Michigan and they brought me a van to test drive for the day and then once we settled on options and color, my salesman had the desired van brought to my door with the paperwork. I didn't have to leave my house to complete the transaction. It was awesome. So to any folks out there looking for a Pacifica, or a Chrysler, give them a call, ask for Jon Hainer at Grogan's Towne in Toledo, Ohio.
