Any had problem with having no key nearby but were able to open the door but the alarm also sounded? I had recently had this problem on my Tour-L Plus, was not aware that I did not have the key with me but was able to open the door. I have since done it 3 or 4 more times with success:surprise:!

Yes, this actually happened to me today! My key was in the house; I had to run in & get it. That's how I learned that you don't shut it off with the panic button, but the unlock button.

I see your post is old... did you ever get a fix on this?
