I'm trying to find a place to download a couple of firmware updates that I need for my 2018 Hybrid but can't find them. I'm not looking for the UConnect 8.4 software, I'm already running that. What I need is the firmware for the radio as referenced here: 08-117-18 Chrysler Technical Service Bulletin

What you're asking for is the same thing as the Uconnect 8.4 software. The only difference is the way in which it is flashed. Enter your VIN on the Uconnect website. If you can't download the update from there (i.e. it says "You're already up to date."), you'll need to go to a dealership to have it flashed.
