"Vehicles with a discharged battery or total electrical
failure when the electric parking brake (EPB) is engaged,
will need a wheel dolly or jack to raise the rear wheels
off the ground when moving the vehicle onto a flatbed.
The manufacturer recommends towing your vehicle with
all four wheels OFF the ground using a flatbed."

See attachment for more details.

Since I regularly use the auto parking brake feature and because of no manual release, I carry jumper cables in case of dead battery. A portable battery booster would also work to unlock parking brake if you were stranded in a position where cables won't reach.

I called once in Florida, the service vehicle operator did not have long enough cables to reach, I drove my vehicle into my car port. Had to get permission from neighbours to use their joining property allow Service vehicle to reach and boost for a start.
my 2017 Pacifica, needed a new battery, due to all the electronics, batteries last about 3 years.
