I have a 2018 Pacifica Limited with 110k miles, 2nd owner, well-maintained, nothing currently wrong. I was thinking of buying an extended warranty. Any recommendations? I generally think extended warranties are a bad idea but I have some cash available now that I won't have later. A google search turned up Endurance Direct who offered me 7 year coverage 125k additional miles that includes maintenance. Anyone have experience with them or any other provider? SInce my car is already high-mileage many won't even consider covering me... Thanks

Any warranty is as good as only the limitations , deductible, just read the warranty and esp part as what parts they use for replacement . Goggle search the company and look for reviews , how long they have been in business , etc .

JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET THE BUMPER TO BUMPER COMPREHENSIVE COVERAGE, DROP IT OFF AT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC FOR A FEW WEEKS NOT A DEALER AND LET THEM REPLACE ANYTHING THEY CAN FIND WRONG WITH IT, YOU WILL ONLY GET A SMALL WINDOW TO REPAIR FOR FIX THINGS SINCE YOU DONT HAVE A LOT OF MILES REMAINING, I PRACTICALLY REBUILT MY ENTIRE ESCALADE WITH THE WARRANTY MINE HAD ZERO DEDUCTIBLE TOO

The proposed coverage is for 125000 additional miles taking me to 235000 miles of coverage! And Endurance Direct recommend you get the work done at the dealer which is fine with me. I read the details and there are exclusions like sparkplugs brakes etc. Still hoping someone here as experience with them. Thanks!

How much did they quote you for this coverage? It sounds too good to be true if it is indeed and additional 125K coverage to 235K miles. Be sure it is in writing that you are covered to 235K MIles.

yeah most wont go over 100k, I found a plan for my 08 Escalade for 1yr 15k miles cost me $3500 took it in to a mechanic and told them they can have it for as long as they want and they can replace anything they want and we both were happy! Escalade is pretty much rebuilt like new. My 18 Pacifica I got 4yrs/60k for $2972

Wear and tear are items that have some 'normal' life expectancy before they wear out. Brakes, tires, wipers, engine belts, seat surfaces (both wearing out and tears), batteries, etc.
