I'm curious if anyone is aware of a volume control for the "radio favorites" alert ping? I have the setting set to notify me visually and audibly. Most of the time I hear no alert but generally catch the visual notification. On the rare occasion that I hear it it's very faint, then today I heard one that was very noticeable. Anyone else experiencing this? Or could it be these 71 year old ears???

I'm not aware of a way to adjust the tone, however, when ours pops up I rarely notice it. Not sure if it is because the sound is faint, or because the chime isn't very alarming and seems to blend in with the radio/other normal sounds.
