What is required to remove front passenger seat? Do the four bolts have nuts & washers and require two people to remove them?
We have ear rings under rear of left side rail and can only get by removing the seat. Can't find a procedure anywhere on 2017 Pacifica Limited. Shop/Service Manual? Tried ordering a manual, no luck.

Vacuum will not pull out. Magnet will not pull out. Mechanical fingers tried, no luck. Removal next option.

Maybe a collision shop might help for a few bucks -- probably faster than the dealer.

is the motor that moves the seat forward/reverse floor mounted or on the seat -- in either case re-assembling that might be tricky as a DIY especially if you have the automatic seat movement for Sto & Go

I don't know the bolts to remove, but be very careful of the electrical stuff. Reminder: there is a sensor involved that relays passenger weight info to the air bag system.

That's crazy what about those grabber things like Crab Claws.. whatever they are called.. or a 3 year old can grab them, can't be the only way to get to them is to remove the seats...

YouTube video of the Pacifica assembly line. When the front seats are installed, there are two brackets at the back of each one that hang down over the top forward edge of the Sto 'n Go well. Video doesn't show it, but wondering if there are bolts that go through each one (bolts that go horizontally towards the front of the vehicle).

At about 5 mins, 33 secs into video:

Was able to get ear rings from under passenger seat rail using combination of windshield wiper hose and mechanical fingers. The hole under the rails hold a lot of things, was surprised with what it held. Not an easy place to remove things from.

No seat removal needed.

Used rubber hose to push from inside the opening until I could latch mechanical fingers onto it.

No pictures, vehicle leaving tomorrow.
