Can I use any fuel additives, because I use regular 87 and not premium? I am thinking of using

STA-BIL Storage Fuel Stabilizer or Lucas Oil Fuel Stabilizer or Lucas Upper Cylinder Lubricant and Injector Cleaner. Are you guys using any? Mine is new and I have 350 miles on it.

The owner's manual says:

"These engines are designed to meet all emissions regulations and provide optimum fuel economy and performance when using high quality unleaded “Regular” gasoline having a posted octane number of 87 as specified by the (R+M)/2 method. The use of higher octane “Premium” gasoline is not required, as it will not provide any benefit over “Regular” gasoline in these engines."

It also says

"Indiscriminate use of fuel system cleaning agents should be avoided. Many of these materials intended for gum and varnish removal may contain active solvents or similar ingredients. These can harm fuel system gasket and diaphragm materials."

I think Sta-Bil or the Lucas stabilizer would be fine, especially if it works out that you VERY infrequently use the ICE (although one of the Pacifica's internal algorithms is to periodically run the ICE even if it isn't needed just to burn up old fuel) and I may do that myself, but the cleaner is probably not recommended.

You may want to stick to brands that have earned the Top-Tier rating. They have detergents that are more than the minimum required.

Good call on the Top Tier. According to the owner's manual:

Designated TOP TIER Detergent Gasoline contains a higher level of detergents to further aide in minimizing engine and fuel system deposits. When available, the usage of Top Tier Detergent gasoline is recommended. Visit Home | Top Tier Gas for a list of TOP TIER Detergent Gasoline Retailers.

I wouldn't bother with fuel stabilizer in a car that you drive frequently. I only use it where gas is going to sit for a while: generator, snowblower, lawn tractor over the winter, etc.

I agree. But, depending on a driver's use case, the fuel in the Pac tank may sit for quite a while, although the Pac itself is supposed to help minimize that with its own internal algorithms to run the ICE "as necessary." Ethanol blended gasoline is highly hygroscopic and in environments with higher humidity and short commutes, I could see a possible use case where the use of stabilizer may be a benefit.
