Is anyone having problems with their GPS/map not showing the correct location of where you are? I just noticed this a few days ago driving around my town. Turned it on for fun so thank goodness I new where I was at.
I judt started having that issue as well, the gps shows me in a wrong location. Seemed to happen since daylight savings, my clock is also wrong now too. I turned off the sync time with Gps box under settings and my issue seems to be resolved. There seems to be a bug in the software. Unfortunately my Chrysler is 2 weeks out of warranty?, so I dont want to have to have to pay for a software update.Is anyone having problems with their GPS/map not showing the correct location of where you are? Hi, it sounds like your Uconnect system needs to be updated. The free files for software level 18.45.01 are currently available on driveUconnect.com. I would recommend checking if this update is available for your vehicle. If so, you will be able to download the software to a USB and update your vehicle at home. Hi AstroEng,The Uconnect site was saying that my vehicle was up to date. I sent Chrysler Cares a PM here and they were able to make it so I could download the update. I installed it last night, and everything (Clock, GPS, Hybrid Mileage Tracker) is working great.
I have a 2017. I live on Florida nature coast and my van was tooling around in the Gulf! Don't know why this worked but went to a parking lot(with GPS on) and drove in tight circle for a few minutes. Seemed to put me back on dry land and in the right place.

Hi Bill Anderson,I purchased a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid and have had numerous problems with the radio/UConnect/Navigation system. Lately, I parked the van in the garage one night with the navigation system working fine. The next morning when I started the van, the Navigation map showed my location as miles away from where I actually was. When I finally got the van into the Dealer's shop, I was told that, indeed, the navigation system wasn't working correctly and that Chrysler had a software update that would be released -- at some unknown time in the future. It seems that the navigation system just stopped working, but new software would fix it! They would not replace the radio either. In the meantime, I'm supposed to do without the navigation system until the dealer gets around to installing the "update" -- sometime!!

My GPS will not let me save any new address to favorite. I have less than hundred address saved, it should not full. The Favorite icon grey out. One more 'problem', almost every time I start the vehicle, GPS need to be activated. Is that normal? It waste a minute or two. I don't see any reason to do that. I expect it activate once is enough.
By the way, my vehicle is 2017 PACIFICA TOURING - L PLUS.
Hi Wing,Thanks for the reply. At this time, it's unsafe to go anywhere. Is there any quick fix? I did try reset, but useless.
