Hello. I am having the same problem but cannot download update on the website since it said my system is up to date. Cant pm Chrysler Care since Im new so can from someone from ChryslerCare team pm me please? Thank u very much

Since you have now made a post, you should be able to send a message to ChryslerCares now.
I'll bet you are out of warranty, so you are in the same boat I am - out of luck. I got a Garmin.

I also have the same problem with my 2018 pacifica limited. My clock runs very slow and won't sync with GPS. My compass reading shows"--". My location is stuck 50 miles south of my home. How do I contact chrysler cares?

Tried doing an update but only got the message that I didn't need an update. I am having the same problem with my 2018 Pacifica. I did a reset and I did a navigation upgrade. the reset didn't work and the upgrade told me my system did not need an upgrade. My home is in Malibu but UConnect has me located in the Sonoran Desert in Mexico.
@ChryslerCares I’m hoping my message gets seen here as I’m having the same issue. The update says I’m already up to date, but my GPS thinks I’m in georgia(I’m in Tennessee) and the clock is off by more than the direct hour time change. Please help! Thank you!

I have the same issue with my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid. I sent a message via chryster website, but would like to see if I can get a PM here as well to take care of this a bit sooner.

Has anyone had luck with a software upgrade fixing their navigation saying they are somewhere else?
I am not aware of any 'cure' than replacing the entire radio unit. I have read here of attempts to upgrade the software 'bricking' the radio unit such that nothing works and a replacement becomes necessary.
Anyone?

Over in the jeep and ram forums, they say you have to replace the card that the GPS unit is on. Tbh though I believe it also contains the cell unit so probably the easiest fix is the radio replacement if you are still in warranty or have the extended one.

If I'm not mistaken, someone here posted that they tried that, and it didn't work.

Guess it's because the jeep and ram people seemingly have the firmware's all leaked to them. I was looking for uconnect updates for ours and I found all of theirs. It was pretty amazing lol. They literally have a site that holds all the updates for the Jeep and I found most of the Ram updates on another board where they were discussing it. Wish someone would give us our updates ^_^;;
