What year is the van?

Mine is a 2017, so the exact update is probably different, but there are others who fixed the same issue here on the forums using the same process. If you don't see anything on the DriveUconnect page (I didn't), try PMing Chrysler Cares. I don't know about your vehicle phone issue, though.

The problem is mines an 18 and the radio is different.
Apparently the update needs to go OTA and my modem/phone is not working. So it's most likely a dealer visit.

I just picked up a 2018 limited that has 2 odd issues.

First gps is not working. Factory nav has no idea where I am.
Second, uconnect has no service and can't send me an email to connect and sos gives me a phone error.

Any ideas on an easy fix, or is this a dealer visit?
Uconnect called me and said that there was a firmware update to the navigation system. Mine was doing the same thing that yours was but has now been updated and is working fine.

Mine was fixed.
Went to the dealer and they replaced the radio. Now everything is working.
Apparently it's a common problem.
