Do you have room to increase the garage door height any? On mine, I had a couple more inches where I can adjust the stop position on the garage door when raised. By parking the van as close to the door as possible, and after this adjustment, my tailgate seems to stop in the perfect spot and have about an inch of clearance.

That's what I was afraid of. I assume you have a standard 7' garage door? It's very surprising that Chrysler didn't implement a way of limiting the trunk opening height like so many other manufacturers have.

Yeah It's a standard 7 foot door and unfortunately the garage floor is raised about 2" from the foundation so the opening is more like 6'10". I understand the importance of having the door lift as high as possible to ease loading/unloading but not having and adjustment switch is pretty bad for a 2017 MY.

I have a belt drive opener and there is a stop screw through the rail that the arm seems to stop at. I'll check to see if I can take that screw out and pull the door back further...unfortunately it's pretty close to being flush with the top of the frame so not sure if it will be enough. I'll give it a shot though.

Some daylight pics after it's first wash. I didn't let the dealer detail it put their name on it or put holes in the front bumper. Overall super happy with the purchase so far. I was pissed that they drove it 10 miles for the Pre Delivery Inspection. Whoever did the inspection dunked their hands in grease before driving it. grease stains all over the door the ignition steering wheel and seat. Got it all off with goo off. I keep on telling myself that I need to be there for the inspection next time I buy a car but I never do. After this, I will for the next one for sure.

Thank you! It does. I've been lucky so far. Been here since 2005 and got pulled over once for no front plate. Now that I've said that...?

Altho I dont have a problem hitting my garage door with the lift gate it sure would have been nice to have a adjustment for the height of it.All the other things they got right on this van you would have thought they would have done that.
