It just looks like water dripped on that leaf to me. There's nothing on the vehicle that would be green except the UV dye in the A/C system. The rear HVAC unit is on the passenger side though.

That tube is the drain for the gas tank overflow hole

I agree with Freddie, if you look at the pictures, the water trail starts past the leaf, but from the leaf toward the garage door, it is green. Likely the leaf is getting run over by the vehicle and then excess water drips off and then is leaching color out of the leaf. Try cleaning up the leaf and residue and see if the spot reappears..

That drain tube might be for the sunroof if you have one. I believe the rear AC drain should be on the passenger side. If you take a UV flashlight and shine it into the water It will glow like green neon toxic waste if AC refrigerant is leaking.

It's attached to the fuel filler hose. #8 is the whole assembly, but what it happens to be pointing to is the overflow hose. Turn the picture 90 degrees and that's the same pic as the OP posted (using that bracket as reference & then the hose/clamp going to the tank)

Was talking about the rear pic , with tire sorry . The sunroof drains of there and the fuel tube overflow drains of to the left , parallel to the tube on to the inner splash shield vertically
