it's possible, I can only describe it as it's on all the time when operating battery mode, sounds like bubbles/gurgling (i'm inclined to hazard a guess that it's not the engine coolant issue)Ate you sure it’s not the atc ( automatic temp control ) cycling the system to off . There is a fan motor and auto controls that open and close .
I take it you have a hybrid even though this was posted in the gas Pacifica section. To answer your question I too hear this on my 2018. I believe that it is the sound of the coolant circulating through the high voltage battery and that it might be an indication that there are air bubbles in the coolant. I complained about it to the dealer when the car was new and was told that it was normal. So I shrugged my shoulders and said, OK you will have to deal with it if the high voltage battery fails. Three years have now elapsed and I have had no problems.I can hear a strange gurgling/bubbling sound behind the dash when the car is on and operating in battery mode, is this a normal operating sound?
