We've had the Pacifica Hybrid now for four years and it's been a mostly positive experience. However we've got the dreaded P0E15 error due to a failed battery pack coolant heater. This means we have no heat while driving on battery as well as lots of strange behavior. As a Michigander, not having heat intermittently in the winter is an issue.
I first brought this to our dealer in October, and they claim they ordered the part then. It's now January and the part is still showing as on 45 day backorder.
Anybody got a spare laying around? Lol.
