Help please! Need to convert Dealer Order to Sold order

My dealer ordered in Jan and I put a deposit down on it in mid March. To be eligible for the free Level 2 charger, I understand that I need to have it changed to a Sold Order. I have seen several people indicate that their dealer did that for them, but my dealer does not believe he can. Could a few of you please give me the context info for your dealer that did this so that I could have my dealer confer with yours? Thanks!

Do you have a record of your deposit? That might help in establishing that you invested yourself before the cutoff.
