A dealer offered me $44106 for Platinum no sunroof. This is before Costco $$, which I haven't mentioned yet. Should I take it?

lic, tags, title $47.00 (Assuming plate transfer)
Doc $210.00
Sub total $44363.00

vossman77 posted a list of prices that had been paid (according to forum posts) at that time.

According to that list, $44,106 would be the second best price paid - lower than average.

I notice the MSRP is $175 lower than the Chrysler site shows. Does your order sheet show Platinum with 17" wheels (assuming these are the same as the Hybrid Premium wheels). If so, I wonder why the 18" Platinum wheels are being deleted from new orders? My build sheet shows no change as of yesterday, but we will see if that holds. OP, still good price for the current time.

Here is another response from a dealer who claims there is no pricing info being released yet. Weird.

"There will not be any employee or friends and family allowed on this car so those numbers should not be comnsidered. We had Chrysler Headquarter training yesterday and the rep said that they dont have any intentions of allowing those discounts on the Hybrid. I priced one up with an msrp of 45,915 and on the spec sheet I have it shows the same numbers you do , but all invoices will show that pricing, but is not valid on the Hybrid per Chrylser Headquarters. The Costco discount is 1150.00 (less a 210.00 processing fee assessed by Costco ).

An out the door on this car would be 47,768.58.

Msrp is 45,915.00
Staring selling price is 44,894.

doc fees 125
cvr fees 47
taxes 2,702.58

out the door price is 47,768.58.

I will send you a Costco worksheet as well. Not sure how the other dealers are pricing these for you and if they are using employee or friends and family then those prices will not be accurate"

I cry when I see that amount, especially considering I paid almost $8k in taxes here in Ontario.
