Not a lot of new info here. Redacted some things for privacy.

CSR: Hi, my name is CSR with Chrysler Customer Care, How may I help you today?
CSR: Afternoon Scorpy
Scorpy: I'm looking for a status update for my van
Scorpy: 2C4RC1N71HR******
CSR: congratulations the Pacifica is a wonderful vehicle. Please confirm your home address and I will be right back.
Scorpy: ADDRESS
Scorpy: ADDRESS
CSR: I am showing JS status. This is the stage prior to being released by the plant.
· Vehicle may have been selected for additional quality inspections or held for delivery purposes.
· At FCA, you can be assured that we take vehicle quality seriously.
· If being shipped via railcar, vehicles maybe held until there are enough units to fill the shipping requirements
Scorpy: so when do they think they'll be released from hold? it's been in JS for about 2 weeks
CSR: We do not have an ETA at this time. I am sorry
Scorpy: will it be before the 2018's come out? starting to get worried I'll have ordered a car, and it will be a prior model year by the time I receive it. 2017 Pacificas came out in May 16
CSR: There have been vehicles shipped out, they must be delayed by the shipping requirements.
Scorpy: Hybrid Pacificas have shipped out?
CSR: Some have yes
Scorpy: recently?
Scorpy: I'm not trying to be rude, but I happen to know a number of people that have ordered these vans, and none of ours have shipped. Some have been in JS for over a month
CSR: Yes within the last month.
Scorpy: was there a repair issue that held some up? We hear there was a problem caught in quality control (which is fine, that's why it is here) that required them to be held for repairs. That is why we are concerned. if the repairs hold things up for over a month, that is a really long time.
CSR: We have not been informed of any quality issues. I really don't know why it has been this long.
Scorpy: ok. well thanks for your time
Scorpy: have a good day!

So not a lot of new, however they claim some have shipped. As far as I can tell, that's no one here. <shrug>

So not a lot of new said:
I have been told the same thing. I doubt it, everybody on here covers the spectrum of location, time of order and time of build (or not built), you would think that some of us would start hearing that they are shipping if they truly were.

Could this be referring to Canadian orders? We've heard recently no US orders have shipped.

After going through so many posts and trying to get updates i can only assume one thing i think all the vans are being built as per the normal process the vans that are going out belong to dealers who have installed a charger at the dealership and have has tech trained on the van as required by chrysler until those dealers that have not installed a charger and trained a tech complete this process they will not get the vans they have ordered i would inquire with your dealer to see if they have fulfilled these terms. Again this is my assumption and i hope i am wrong.

My dealer advised me that my van will be shipping March 28th and i know they get delivery on Tuesdays and 28th is a Tuesday Chrysler has already started TV Commercials here in Ontario showing the $14000 rebate as of 2 days ago so i can only assume they will launch the incentives and leasing and finance offers for the Hybrid in april.

I have a reliable source that told me dealers were not even allowed to submit an order for a Hybrid until they trained a tech, had the necessary special tools to work on the Hybrid, and their chargers. All dealers got at least 2 chargers one of which had to be accessible to the customer and the other, I suspect, was for the shop.
