On my 2017 spent 5 hours installing new Blackvue DR900x front and rear dashcam system. I have it wired to the 12v and USB power with fuse 95 set to the B position for always on 12v power. 4K front and 1080 rear cameras. Parking mode is enabled and working. I have 1 issue related to the 900x and radar detector Escort Max II together. When I try to use the motion sensor on the dashcam it causes the Laser warning to go off. I have to either disable Laser on the Escort or not use the motion sensor on the 900x. Great dashcam system it replaces an older DR450 1CH that was 1080p. Now that I have done the install fire me question if you are looking to get such a system.

I have window tint so it's hard to see the dashcam from the outside. I opened the doors to light the inside so you can see it better.

Cable routing is pretty standard under trim and headliner. Trim I had to remove was lower carpet trim to access the cig and USB power wires. I used wire taps for 12v and ACC. Other trim included the drivers side piller so I could route the wires away from the air bags and across the headliner. Here are a few pics I took. I tried to avoid running the wire to the rear camera over the air bags. The rear camera had to pull the drivers side seat belt trim away to fish the wire to the front using a Fiberglass Wire Running Kit from Harbor Freight. 3/16" x 33 Ft. Fiberglass Wire Running Kit (harborfreight.com)
Nothing crazy difficult just took time to run the wires.
