I believe they are microphones for the unconnect system. They work for phone calls and any voice recognition commands.

Interior - Microphones

Thanks for your reply. After you mentioned microphone I did a search in the owner's manual and got this:

Voice Recognition - Speak clearly at a normal pace and volume while facing straight ahead.

The microphone is positioned on the rearview mirror and aimed at the driver.

I also found this and I think this answers my question:

Your vehicle is equipped with an Active Noise Cancellation System. This system is designed to address exhaust and engine noise.

The system relies on four microphones embedded in the headliner, which monitor exhaust and engine noise, and assists an onboard frequency generator, which creates counteracting sound waves in the audio system’s speakers. This helps keep the vehicle quiet at idle and during drive.

It says 4, so I'm not sure if there are 2 more in the headliner that I didn't see or if just these 2 have double microphones.

Wife is out with the car now so I'll have to wait and look for any others in the headliner when she gets back.

Holy cow, you mean I have an active noise cancellation system:cool:. I thought us lowly Touring-L owners had to cancel noise by using earplugs and only those Limited folks were bless with this active system. Yeah, I see four of those things on the headliner and thought that they were phone mics as well...

Yep, Chrysler blessed every Pacifica owner with Active Noise Cancelling. Even the "lowly" LX owners don't have to use ear plugs! :)
