I can unlock and lock and open both the truck and sliding side doors, however when I get in and press the Start Button, It doesn't recognize the key fob at all. Is this a battery issue with the key fob? Or something more complex?

Try starting it by pushing the keyfob into the start/run button to start it rather than using your finger.

Try pushing the start button with the key fob. If it starts then try replacing the key fob battery. If it still doesn't start, see if you can check the main battery volts by pressing the start button twice WITHOUT your foot on the brake (Run position without engine running) and use the arrows on the left side of the steering wheel to find battery volts. If under 12V, the battery may need checked. Some forum members have replaced batteries less than 3 years old.

Hi Linda,

After following the advice of the other forum members on this thread, please let us know if you still have an issue with your key fob. We can provide additional assistance while your Pacifica is in service.
