So the earliest they can get the part is November 21st!! How ridiculous is that?! Does @ChryslerCares deal with stuff in Canada ?

Did you ever get this fixed? Was it the EGR cooler that was leaking?

I noticed my coolant was an inch or two low as well - only 20k mi and no smell nor visible leaks on the ground. I bought some OEM fluid and we'll see if it continues to go down over time

I'm currently helping my sister-in-law shop for a used Pacifica, and I'm noticing this a lot in the underhood pictures.
