I was going through the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica suppliers list and visted Myotek Industries, the supplier of the LED fog lamps in some of the Pacfica trims (limited and hybrids?). Anyhow, the info is here... MFL-47 LED Foglamps These are the same foglamps found on the Ford Flex.
Did not find where they are sold at, but I am sure a quick google search will come up with something... I am finding a lot of 2017 Pacifica parts already available.
