Anyone deal with this issue where one of the third row seats is stuck nothing is in the way. Won't move in or out?? Thanks!!

I had this happen last weekend. I had the left side in the down position and the seat was moving toward the normal position and then got stuck. My daughter was sitting in the other 3rd row seat and adjusting the seat tilt at the same time and I thought she caused it. None of the buttons (stow/normal) would work for a minute or so. I think I eventually pushed the "stow" button and it went fully into the down position, then pushing the 'normal' button again brought it back into full upright position.
