Loosing IPhone pairing

I have a new 2018 Hybrid and a IPhone 7S. I have no trouble pairing the phone but, when I get back in the car the next day, it's no longer paired. Anyone else having this issue? Not sure if it's a Uconnect issue or Apple.

The only thing I can think of is that when you re-enter the car the phone is not automatically recognized. Have you tried turning your iPhone all the way off and then back on to see if the Pacifica then detects and connects? The actual "Paired" phone should still be listed within your vehicle even if the iPhone isn't detected.
Yes, tried turning the phone off and removing the previous pairing from the IPhone Bluetooth list - still no luck :(
Try removing the paired phones from the Pacifica.
I was just ready to post the same question...
I have the exact same problem with my 2018 Pacifica Touring-L (non hybrid), but with both iphones and Android based phones.
Pairs ok, then after 30min with the vehicle off, loses all the phone paring data. (Also the "VR" button will cause the system to lock up 50% of the time.)

Took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a bad "radio" (U-Connect system/radio) and ordered a replacement.
3 weeks later, still no replacement. After getting Chrysler Care involved, it turns out Chrysler cancelled the order because "other users had reported this problem and there will be a software update 1st quarter of 2018 to fix it."
I find it hard to believe that every 2018 model sold with the premium sound group (Alpine stereo) has this problem and it is not a bad radio unit plain and simple. I just want it swapped out with a working unit so I can actually use a phone in the car. (It is illegal in my state to use a cell phone that is not hands free)

I was willing to give Chrysler a pass on this issue as losing cell phone pairing is something that probably would not be tested during the assembly, and the dealer would not test it either. Only the buyer after driving it off the lot would use it.

We are thrilled with everything else about the Pacifica, and does seem to be a world-class vehicle, however the service if you have an issue seems to fall far short of satisfactory.

If it helps, I have a PACHY with HK 20 speaker system and that doesnt seem to have this problem with android, will check Apple too.

Ditto, although I connect mine via USB most of the time. The BT still connects right away before I get a chance to plug it in and after I disconnect it.
The phones have been removed, Bluetooth turned off on them, earlier pairing removed from the IPhone. Both the IPhone 5S & 7S are both having the trouble. Once the Van is turned off, the pairing is no longer there the next time the van is powered up again. The Uconnect does not show any phones paired
Thanks Randy, glad it's not just me. I agree, this is a small issue on a great vehicle. So, I can wait for the software issue, don't need to be talking on the phone will driving anyway! :)
