Loosing IPhone pairing

The only thing I can think of is that when you re-enter the car the phone is not automatically recognized. Have you tried turning your iPhone all the way off and then back on to see if the Pacifica then detects and connects? The actual "Paired" phone should still be listed within your vehicle even if the iPhone isn't detected.
