Loosing IPhone pairing

I have a new 2018 Hybrid and a IPhone 7S. I have no trouble pairing the phone but, when I get back in the car the next day, it's no longer paired. Anyone else having this issue? Not sure if it's a Uconnect issue or Apple.

If it helps, I have a PACHY with HK 20 speaker system and that doesnt seem to have this problem with android, will check Apple too.
