My wife and I bought our Pacifica Touring in June and couldn't be happier! This is our 5th Chrysler minivan and definitely the best. We love how smooth it rides as well as the style. We recently got 8" of snow in Cleveland Ohio and it handled the snow very well. It also warms up very fast which is a plus. So far it looks like Chrysler produces a real winner! I only wish we would have been able to get the Uconnect 8.4 instead of the 5. The larger screen for back up camera would have been nice. Does Chrysler offer an after sale upgrade to 8.4?

Hi emtman. Welcome to the forum! It's great to hear that you're loving your Pacifica. Chrysler doesn't offer a post-sale upgrade to 8.4. People have done it in Jeeps, so it's likely possible to buy the parts and do it yourself. But I have no doubt that it would be an expensive proposition.

I am from ne ohio. Curious what dealer you used and how much off MSRP you got. I got played by Fred martin with a "fake" internet add that it was 20% MSRP. After showing up to purchase I walked out because they would not stand behind the original offer.

I bought mine from Spitzer in Clevelad on Brookpark. Been doing business since 1981 with Kirk.. Straight shooter no BS and good prices.
